mislabeled card - how do I get it re-labeled?

I just sent in a submission, and got my cards back. I had a 1933 World Wide Gum card (graded PSA 8 by the way!) labeled as a 1933 Goudey. How do I go about getting it re-labeled and certified correctly- without cost?

PSA will correct any errors free of charge. BUT, you will have to pay shipping if that's the only card you send. When i had a couple i sent them with a regualr order and it didnt cost me any extra.

Call PSA and they will tell you the exact procedures.

  • PSA calls it a "mechanical error". Contact Gayle or Cosetta and they will give you special instructions on how to send them to them. I just went through this with 3 cards from one of my sets. I emailed customer service and Gayle replied the next day with the instructions.

    Hope that helps, Bob C.
