How does one purchase directly from Topps?

You have to become a Home Team Advantage dealer or something right?

I think they have tightened the rules. I THINK you need a picture of your storefront etc...

You need pictures of the storefront, the inside of your store, three months worth of utility bills--stuff like that.

Most of them require references from other acounts as well. ie. Upper Deck and Donruss/Playoff will ask for references from other companies. They'll also asks things about your online sales if you do them. The correct answer is "I do not sell cards on ebay". I found that out when I called UD the first time. oops. image

Most also ask for a copy of any advertisements that you run as well as pictures of your storefront, inside merchandising and utility bills as the other poster stated.

Not to mention you'll also need a state tax id to get started.

    Hope that helps.
