Not so sure about the cards being PSA 8 to 10 gradeworthy after looking at those pictures...maybe the Morris and Rose would get in that range, but a lot of those cards looked pretty OC

Seller boldly states PSA 8 thru 10 in his title. Then the description states..................Each of the 726 cards are in PSA GRADE WORTHY
Anyway. Matt t is correct, for the right price a 78 guy could maybe get a few tuff cards that he needs and then submit them himself.
