    I think it's technically copyrighted by Heritage. I'll have to say I've downloaded and used their pictures in my private collection software, and have used their picture a few times for my Registry Set. I've not heard any objections. I expect they'd be more likely to object were you to use their picture for commercial purposes.

    I have started downloading pictures of all coins I buy to use in the Registry. I can't take my own pictures and I figure it is good advertising for the dealers for everyone to see where we are buying our coins.
