500 Guaranies error

I was looking for this error some time ago, and today got it in change!
I asked many dealers and all they said "Yes I have it, I have to look on my house". But day after day, no coin.
Finally got it today in change, it's very damage, I guess because there was a myth that this coin was made of gold. I think they "tested" the coin to see if it was real gold.

Apologies for the silly question as I'm not familiar with Paraguay's coinage. What exactly is the error?

Is it the planchet defects (or are those simple damage)? Or is it the different denomination side? I don't know if that's simply a separate type or what, since I only found it on your website:

    spoon:

The coin is just damaged for the "test" if the coin was made of gold. 1997 and 1998 are distinct type, this error is a 1997 coin with the reverse of 1998.
I don't have of idea of how much is the mintage of this error. I just remember the myth about the "500 Guaranies gold coin", about 2 years ago.
