PCGS is certainly better in general IMO. But PCGS has been all over the board (NGC too) since they started and just because they may be grading your MS65 coin a MS64 doesn't really make them better. I have a real problem with these TPG services changing there stardards as the markets rise and fall and grade according to the present market. A properly graded coin is more important to me and I've felt ANACS varys the least.
I liquidated one of their customers who bought from them a group of MS-68/9 bullion coins. They never returned that customers calls when she had left a message apparently that she wanted to sell them back to them.
