Have you tried to ship an 8 pound package for less than $11 lately?
Five days ago I shipped 6 NGC boxes and postage for that package was over $12.

I really don't think 10 plastic boxes with packaging weighs 8 pounds.
$4 or $5 would cover it. for $11 you should be able to send them priority mail or registered with return receipts. >>
10 PCGS boxes protectively wrapped and properly insulated in one box is about 6 1/2 to 7 pounds. The package that I used to ship 6 NGC boxes weighed almost 5 pounds.

You forgot to removed the coins from the box?? >>
With coins it would weigh a lot more than that.
I shipped out five double row boxes to Orlando today, and each box weighed at least 14 pounds, depending on the type and weight of the coins in each of the boxes.

Well, James is pretty literate, and, as such, I am sure he wrote it correctly when he said $45, which includes $11 postage.
So, I would say, YES, it is included. He is welcome to correct me, but, again, as an "English as a FIRST language" speaker, that is how I read his post.
Found some of them awhile back at a place that deals with yard sale stuff and got 12 for about 10.00$ I did'nt know what I was gonna do with 'em but guess I got a good deal.
Opportunities are disguised by hard work,so most people dont recognize them.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
I think it cost me about $6 to send 2 empty boxes, so the $11 seams very reasonable for 10.
If you think the postage is less, then I'll sell the lot of 10 for $34 + the actual postage, which will be $45.
These boxes weight a lot more than you think, try it!
Not trying to pull a fast one, I just got burned on postage on the first few lots of 10 that I shipped out.
