No one is more shocked about this than I.

And I had hoped to nail down the 70 in FB, along with a 78FB.

For the new year I will continue to work the 1970 - 1979-D, but will also concentrate on coins needed to complete my Registry set.
I hope to move into the top ten at 100% with at least a 68.00 GPA before the end of 2006.

I wish everyone the best of luck in their Registry quest for 2006

Paul and Dan Happy new year to you both. Dan I know you are working the series and trying to make some of the elusive coins which we all are desperately looking for. Good luck with completing your set. Fred

I think the clad series has lost a lot of its original spark. I don't think I sent in more then a
couple for grading in 2005. Still, many top pops traded hands. In the beginning of 2005 I
had 5 clad MS69FB Roosies. Today I only have one left. I believe every clad Roosie I had
with a pop of 5 or less was either sold or is on hold. In 2006 and beyond I wont be actively
searching for clad Roosies. When the last few remaining clad Roosie I have are gone I
will be done with the clads. I will never be done with the silvers.....

All I can say is that I'm far from being done in this series.

Good luck to ALL Roosie collectors!

Nick...You know that your heart is made of 90% Clad and 10% silver! Just admit it!!!
