This is a Hungarian Silver Denar; Ferdinand I. Madonna and Child on Obverse, Hungarian Coat of Arms on Reverse.
It looks to be in nice shape. These coins are fairly common. I can't tell you a value, but I've seen them go for between $15-$35.

Thanks so much.
Someone on craigslist was asking 70 bucks or best offer for it in California and it caught my curiousity.
If anyone wants it, look it up. It is fair game...
