PSA 0 1969 WL #500 Mantle?

Does PSA only grade like this for truly special cards or what? What does a seller expect to fetch for an item such as this also? Do you have to ask the grader for a "Authentic, Trimmed" grade versus "NQ" to receive this grade?

It's really up to PSA, I guess. I called and asked about a trimmed Sport Kings Red Grange that I had. I just wanted it slabbed as AUTHENTIC - TRIMMED. They wouldn't do it for me. The reasoning was that they would only slab important cards with an authentic designation. I suppose this card is more important? In my case, I just wanted sellers to know that it was authentic, but altered. There are a ton of Sport Kings reprints and fakes out there. Dunno, maybe PSA's stance has changed or is changing. I feel that if they take your grading fees, they should give you the option.
