Mandel lists this coin as being minted by the "Chunchon Township Military Office." (M40.1.7) I like the "Chunchon Military Command" better. Chunchon is where I am at this very moment.
Here is the medium character variety. Notice the size of the "Chun" at the top of the reverse and the distance from the corner of the hole to the rim in comparison to the large character variety posted above.
