Is this a 2001 Topps Gold Ichiro card?

Can anybody verify if this is a topps gold card? I think the card should have a gold border. I'm guessing PSA mislabelled the card.

    I'm at work and would have to check after but I agree. In fact the gold cards in some of those years was a different color - like 1999 I believe.

    And yes, the gold cards were numbered to 2001 if memory serves.

    And what the heck is this 1/1 stuff?
