PSA/DNA Auto Grade Only?

What does PSA/DNA Auto grade only mean? I didn't think PSA graded autographs. I thought they just certified them and graded the card.

Just seems like a cheap way for people to be able to put PSA 10 in their auction titles, even when the card itself is far less than mint (or worse).
