How many cracked holders are in your sets?

I have three in my 78 set. Two that are chipped on the edges and one that has a 1 inch crack near the PSA label on the front. The latter I did all by myself!
SO far I have been too lazy and cheap to get them re-holdered. None of them are the big cards in the set though, which adds to the lazy/cheap factor.

I'd advise you fix them now. I recently upgraded my 1957 Pee Wee Reese card and I planned on selling my old one to defray some of the cost. Unfortunately it was cracked and I have to wait for it to come back from PSA before I can sell it on EBAY.

    None...

I saved up my cracked and/or old style holders for the last year, then sent them in with my Nov. Registry Special order...

Not very cost effective to pay shipping for one or two re-holdered cards, but well worth it when you send 5-10 in and get those old scratched and cracked looking cards back looking like new...

I have 2000 cards or so in psa holders, and only 2 are damaged. The first one is cracked and I can't remember which one it is... I'll have to eventually ID it when I have 4 or 5 to send in at a time. The second one is a 1960T PSA8 Bob Allison, that arrived with a chunk missing from the bottom of the holder. It was not damaged in the mail --- I imagine it was sent that way. I didn't confront the seller because I didn't pay insurance and I won it low at $20 .. soooo,,,, I'll send it in someday if I have anymore damaged holders. I'm a stickler for having nice scratchless and undamaged PSA holders. And somewhere down the road if I ever sell these beauties, I'll want them pristine for their new homes. Tony

rangerman, it has been a bother to me since I cracked that third card myself. Plus I am getting closer to completeing the set in PSA 9 condition. Nothing but endless upgrades in the same condition or PSA 10 left after that, AND re-holdering the bad slabs ..... I just figured that I can't be the only one here with crappy slabs in their sets.
