Does a brown Lincoln preclude a grade of 66 in PCGS's eyes?

I dont think I have ever seen a brown 66 graded by PCGS. Will graders even give the grade of 66 to a brown Lincoln?

    Hi Robert,

    PCGS has graded 28 Lincolns MS66BN. That's probably not enough, but we don't get a lot of super cherry Brown Lincolns submitted to us. If a Lincoln is relatively mark-free and has great luster (rare for a brown color cent), we'll grade it MS66BN or MS67BN.
