Strong VG that might go F if sent to the right service.

I'll differ, especially after seeing some slabbed material on the Bay and elsewhere (although personally I think NGC and ANACS have a tendency to overgrade greyside, especially in the lower grades): I think there's enough hair detail for it to be a solid F.

I wouldn't be surprised to see that in a VF20 holder.

Thanks everyone and Gene image I thought the coin might have a chance at VF. It is currently in an ICCS F-12 flip. I am only worried about the reverse. The obverse is VF IMO, not too sure about the reverse.

The inner leaves on the reverse wreath are known for relatively flat in design and usually lose detail faster than other areas. If the crown has plenty of details / jewels (hard to tell from pix), I think it will go VF. The jewels may be too weak thus the F12 by ICCS.

I would rather see the coin to offer my opinion... F12 to F15 seems reasonable.
