With all the tools at his disposal - Tomlinson, Brees, Antonio Gates, etc., Chargers coach Marty Schottenheimer managed to not make the NFL playoffs, but he will probably continue to be recycled in the NFL's head coaching mixmaster.
When are the GMs and owners of the league going to get wise to this guy - he is not, and never has been head-coaching material.

check again, its the head coach and asst. coaches that lead and instruct the PLAYERS.

Where was everyone last year on Shotty for turning around the Chargers to a 12 win season? The chargers were considered by EVERYONE to be the worst team in the AFC last year going in to the season, yet they pull out 12 wins.
And if you 'experts' looked at the chargers schedule, you'll see it was absolutely murderous. But then, all you simpletons do is look at wins and losses without doing any analysis. Typical NY fans, I suppose.
