Does this PSA 8 card look like it has a huge stain?

Have my eyes gone bad or does this 8 have a huge stain on it?

    Alan Do you mean in the middle of the card? from border to border? if so, to me anyway it appears ti be a shadow from the scanner?

    Hmm - the upper half of the card is darker. However, the plastic doesn't look darker at the same point, so I would conclude it's on the card. Is this an auction item? Have you emailed the seller?

    Looks like it to me. That does not look like a shadow either.

    on my screen that line does go onto the plastic.

    I have no idea though could be on the card, could be a shadow.

    I agree owner should be asked.

    Agree with Steve, if you look close it appears to me that the dark line continues on the plastic on both sides of the card. But then again it just might be one of those optical illusion things were it is not there but my brain thinks it is.image

    The reason I thought it was a stain and not the scan is that the discoloration seemed to be wavy versus a straight line. I will email the seller.

    It looks like a moisture stain seen on many Topps issues from the late 50's / 60's.

    looks as though the seems on the holder are altered as well, did someone do an old switcheroo?image
