date-clashed 1906 indian cent

I picked up this coin when getting my wife WV state quarters (just don't get P mintas out here in the west). has what looks to be a clash of the date on the rev. I thought that it was kinda cool. Can see the 0 well, You get a tiny bit of the 9 with a little more magnification.

Whether it is or isn't a clash, I havn't a clue. But it is a cool technique to get the placement. I'll have to remember that.
