Here are the ones that puzzle me.

#1 Vick? Over Eli Manning? Eli was the #1 passer in the NFC and he doesn't get a pro bowl nod?

#2 no Pat Williams? Along with Darren Sharper he turned the Vikings defense around.

#3 Torry Holt over Anquan Boldin?

#4 I just feel bad for Rudi Johnson, he was #2 in rushing and ends up on the outside looking in. Granted, Edge, LT and Larry Johnson all deserve to make the trip. Too bad for him though. Putting up those kinds of numbers on a team that passes as much and as well as Cincy is this year.

I'm sure I'll think of some more...and all of these guys will probably be alternates...

What do you guys think?

I am surprised Adewale Ogunleye didn't make it. He has 10 sacks and is far more deserving than Juilius Peppers.

I just can't fathom how my Chiefs had 5 offensive players go and not a single defensive player. It almost makes me feel like I have been rooting for a one dimensional team for all of 05... and 04, 03, 02 ...

I see that Shawne Merriman of the Chargers made it at Outside Linebacker.

Any other rookies on the list ?

    Hard to argue with Ogunleye.

I thought Chris Kluwe from the Vikings would make it over Bidwell, but I suppose being out for a week might have hurt him.

I thought the other DE from Chicago would get in as well, I expected quite a few of their Defense to get in.

Quite a few 2nd year players, but I don't think there are any other rookies.

Alex Brown. He is tough also.

KCballboy, they are one dimensional but so are the Bears. 6 players and the only offensive player is Kreutz our center.

I didn't notice the "Dunn, TB" but I copied it right off the NFL.com site. So it must have been wrong there.

zef-yes, Alex Brown is who I was thinking of. Thanks...now I can sleep without searching their roster. image

Tony Gonzalez is a waste, they should take that spot and give it to Rudi. Mack Strong over Alstott, what a waste.

I am just happy to see Larry Allen made it again! Don't forget he went to a D-II school (Sonoma State) which, at that time, had absolutely no scholarships... and killed the football program a couple years after he graduated. In fact, the last two years that they had a football team the conference was so small (as other schools lost their teams) that they played a home/away against each school like schools do in basketball. I know he is just an O-lineman but not bad to go from that little school to the HOF one day! We don't have many other "famous" "alumni" so I have to prop him up when I can! P.S. Dan Hawkins (New CU coach) was the D coordinatory at SSU when Larry was there. He hasn't done bad either.

fb's are supposed to lead the way for game winning dives, not do the diving.

In todays game. Fullbacks used to get a whole lot more carries. But now there are 280lb halfbacks.
