Would this card be damaged?

I was going to bid on this card but I just noticed the card is not slabbed properly. The way these holders are made with the frames or borders (I dont know what to call them) that hold the card from moving all over, wouldnt this card be damaged the way its caught up in there?

It is no longer a 10. If you try to send it back to PSA for a refund, they will say the holder has been compromised. Do not touch.
that sorta like a catchall for problems?
