I think the Game between Miami and LSU should Be great.

I'm also intrigued by the Ohio State / Notre Dame matchup.

But then again, I guess that's not technically a NON-bcs game.

So I'll go with Northwestern/UCLA (for intriguing anyway).

Best one to bet on -- Nebraska vs Michigan. Huskers are a 2 touchdown underdog -- tall order for Michigan to cover. Huskers were something like +10 vs Colorado also.
