Seeking photograph of John Flanagan

Anyone have a photo of Flanagan, the designer of the Washington quarter? After an exhaustive search in the Smithsonian online archive and a search through a database containing 27 million scanned pages of newspapers I found one single image of him and it's not any good at all for a portrait.
I know the National Art Archive has a microfilm reel containing 37 images of his work and five portraits of him. Only thing is I can't go there and they don't loan material out. Bummer.

added: Flanagan was a student of Saint Gaudens, and did this piece years after his death. In fact, Flanagan was a Saint-Gaudens' funeral in 1907. Along with C. Barber, V.D. Brenner, Fraser, and others.

<< <i>You can hire an independant researcher to go to the Nat. Archives and get it for you. There are a bunch of people who live near archives that do this. If you just need one thing it's probably cheaper than to go there yourself. >>
Heck, if I had two quarters to rub together I'd call and find out how much something like that would cost...then I'd ask someone for a loan.
Realistically, I don't have the money to afford to hire someone to look for a photo. I'll have to hope one pops up.

I'm searching.. I got nothing... any other background on him, I'm having a hard time even finding a bio to go off of
