Listing value question for submission.

I am about to submit about 20 vintage cards under the set registry special. It says the limit is $500. I have a few cards the book for $600 in NRMT, but are in EX-EXMT condition.

Can I still submit them under the special since their condition value is less than $600?

  • I've submitted quite a few cards on the registry special where the value of the card ended up over $500 because of the grade. I dont think it'll be a problem if its a few hundred one way or another. They're happy getting $12 per card from you.

I don 't think that that value means "book value". I think that it means however much you insure your cards for in the shipping process. In other words, you can basically put any value you want. I think I'm right. Am I?

  • Frank,

You are correct. One can place any value on their cards they wish when submitting no matter what level or service. It's up to you to determine for return insurance and I hope insurance when PSA is handling.
