Brand Name of the Scope on Page 24 of 1/06 SMR Guide

I am trying to figure out the brand name of the magnifying lens that John Reznikoff is using in the picture on page 24 of the Jan. 2006 SMR. The caption says a Pro Scope. I can't make out the manufacture in the picture on the scope but I don't think it is Pro Scope. Does anybody use these types of scopes? How well do they work for card grading?
