How many graders?

When I send in an order, say less than 20, how many graders look at those cards? Does one guy/gal handle all 20 then pass them on to another if a second pair of eyes are needed? or are the cards split up and go to a number of different graders?
Along those same lines, is it wise to send in 5 of the same cards at the same time?

PSA claims that at least 2 graders look at every card. I don't know how first-hand well they stick to that policy, though.
