1 scan the card I USE 150 DPI AND SAVE AT MAX FOR THE REGISTRY
2 save as mantle45 not mantle 45 you must keep the name together
3 once you get in to the reg click edit (for the card you want to add a pic to) then browse and when the file opens click on the appropriate item then click open the url will transfer to the box
then click update
after it uploads click validate
the main thing is how you name it remm no spaces!
MANTLE45 OR 196545 OR MARSATTACKS1 ETC

If you scan at 150 dpi, make sure you save the scan as a Jpeg Image.
With a file extention of .jpg a standard sized PSA graded card should end up being only about 50 k.

did you crop the card?
I just added a card to my mars attacks set at 150 dpi and saved to jpeg file.
I named the file mars11
i then went into my registry aet.
clicked on edit (to the card i wanted to add)
etc etc etc.
if you are still having a problem it must be the way you named the file or you didnt save it to a jpeg file like Paul mentioned.

When saving the scan to your computer,
if you have an option for 'quality level' try selecting 'low' or 'highest compression'.
You should end up with a 150 dpi jpg scan
that is about 500 pixels by 820 pixels with a file size of about 50 kb.

They are all 38-49kb, and load pretty quickly even on dial up. I start a new folder for each set and just use the card # as the name of the picture.
Here's an example of how my registry pics appear. This one is 99.8k.

Your scans are very nice, but I think you should make them a little bigger.
I just added a few scans to my Dock Ellis player set. I have been playing around the last few days trying to get the size and color right. I think I'm happy with how the scan are showing up now.
