Cameo proof Copper, Red or not?

I notice that some of my Proof Cameo Lincoln cents have the letters RD on the label and some don't. All of these coins are all red. Some registry sets deduct points for copper coins that are not red. Will my older green label DCAM Lincolns that don't say RD on the label have points deducted from them?

By PCGS's definition, Cameos are not cameos unless they are red. I remember when they started putting RD on the label, and the question was asked then if there was a new level of distinction between cameos. There is not.

I have a beautiful Red Brown cameo Indian proof, but it can never get the cameo designation.

All above correct but of course it doesn't apply to NGC slabs as they DO grade RB CAM's
