What camera to buy

I have a cool pix camera set on a meiji microscope and it works great for close ups but I am not happy with how it work on full coin images. It is a pain to have to take apart the microscope setup and I am thinking for buying another camera. What suggestions would you all have... macro lens, etc.?

No it has a built in super macro mode, you can buy a lens and get even better results then me...
My shots are just power on the camera, goto to super macro mode and shoot..

Russ, what kind of lighting are you using? Is this a stock camera or are extras being used? Pretty incredible for 91 bucks. I've been looking on ebay and they seem to be selling for more with less memory
