Different type of registry set across the street. (VAM content too!)

I updated my Top 100 VAM registry set quite a bit this month. Rather than post normal obverse and reverse photos that focus on the quality of the coin, I tried to provide a close-up microscope photo of the VAM feature and describe the variety. I've imaged almost all the coins in the registry but have been sidetracked the last week with holiday activities. Take a look here:

I've got a big batch of my PCGS slabs getting attributions placed on the holders. Once they arrive, expect me to post a similar registry format over here. Its almost an online VAM guide. Hope it helps others with their VAM IDs.

Wow, that gallery is blowing me away. NGC does have an edge there over PCGS....

Nice coins too! When your combined NGC/PCGS set posts you can blow most of us away.

Very nicely done! I've got about 800 pictures of Jeff Oxman's Top 100 set that I'm in the middle of processing for a current project due to be completed probably on Wednesday evening before I leave for the FUN show. Taking, processing, and annotating pictures for an entire Top 100 collection is time consuming stuff.

I have a pile of images for 1878-S, no where near 800, and they're tough to keep up with. I need to get my little cheat sheet up to date since I understand the 1878-S is up to v97 now.

I thought it was well over 100, although I haven't been keeping track of 78-S very closely. I probably should, though.
