This eBay member's numbers don't make sense to me...

...can anyone explain why he/she has 100% feedback? Also he/she shows 8 total feedback, even though 10 are showing?

Strange eBay feedback history

Neutral feedback is not counted in the "total" score and is not counted "against" the user.

    Apparently neutrals don't count?

8 positives and 2 negatives = 10 total feedback comments received. Ebay's percentage is the number of unique eBay members who sent (neutrals+positives)x100/(total feedback from unique eBay members). In this case (8+2)x100/10 = 100%.

Yep the math works. 8 positives and 2 neutrals. The neutrals don't count in the total.

Thanks. eBay must have made this change recently then...I have seen hundreds of historys that have a nuetral or two with no negs and the percentage is below 100.

    Anyone?

That's a poor plan on e-bay's part. Three rating choices, then they compute a % in one category while ignoring one of the other two choices.
