PSA Graded Shaun Alexander SP RCs

Why is it that every PSA graded Shaun Alexander SP rookie is in the dreaded mylar plastic? I thought it was just a coincidence at first, but it looks as though they're all this way. I'm wondering if this SP issue is slightly undersized/oversized? I actually hate that mylar plastic and have not bought the card yet for that very reason. If I have no choice though, I might have to.
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

<< <i>I collect this set and most of the cards I have are in the "baggie". I wish I had an exact answer for you. I just assumed that PSA was into "bagging" at the time I submitted them. I haven't submitted and 2000 SP since. Have you called and asked PSA's graders? You've got me curious now >>
FF,
I haven't questioned PSA about it, but it does seem like more than a coincidence. I hate the mylar bag!!!
