What obligation does a collector have towards the coin collecting community?

I said it in another thread.... simply....
To be good stewards with our coins, to cherish and enjoy, but also protect them...
So that future generations may also have the oppertunity to enjoy our treasures....
We only own them for a given period of time, and eventually they must move on and find new homes....
