possibly 67 depending on smudges at 6 o'clock on obverse, and 8 o'clock on rev.
From what I am told lately DCAM needs tgo be much whiter and the fields more liquid.

You didn't ask, and I should already be running for cover, but perhaps this is a good coin to try cleaning up in MS70???? As is, it's maybe a $15 proof so there isn't much to lose...... NCS would restore this coin to healthy status at a reasonable cost if you are attached to it. Rob

first of all let me apologize, as I no longer have a working scanner so I did this at work. what i find weird about it is on the rev, the lower left hand corner of the bell, it looks like theres a thicker colored cameo portion, if im saying that right, almost like spot on a rug
anyhow ive been digging thru old boxes that just ended in the closet and forgotten. Its fun to find old stuff you didnt know you had. If anyone wants to dip and image this let me know, would be nice to see what it would look like properly done.
edited to add could that spot also be a milk spot inside the lower left of the bell?
