Other than the P.o. website what is the easiest, or cheapest way to send say 200 packages with delivery confirmation? Is there some way to do it through pay pal? Do you just print out a label and the post office scans it? Do yuo just drop it in the mail afterwards. Please help I would like to get all my stuff out for x-mas!

If they're all from Ebay auctions, then yes I'd recommend clicking the "print label" and paying for them thru paypal and also only pay .13 cents for delivery confirmation (Paypal pays the difference). Paypal has a hookup with the post office. Once you submit the weight (rounding off to the nearest ounce and assuming you have a scale at home); they'll calculate it and give you the rate and Paypal will just deduct it from your PP balance or CC, etc. The delivery confirmation that is printed out with the label is just to notify the post office that you will either be dropping the package off yourself, or you can have the carrier come to your house or wherever and pick them up. It is not scanned initially; but is scanned when it is delivered or reaches its final destination. I've never had any problems using this method. The labels look professional and I save time. You can tape the label to your packages or use a glue stick as long as you do not cover up the bar codes. With the holidays, I drop off all my packages in the mail slot inside the post office this time of year to avoid the lines as long as the packages are under 1.6 lbs. Good luck.
I haven't had to stand in line at the PO for 3 years now. It's especially nice this time of the year.

For paypal payments, I'd absolutely suggest printing labels through paypal. It's quick, it's easy, your buyer gets a notification and tracking # via e-mail, and it's cheaper (not just because of the discounted delivery confirmation). Unless my scale is wrong, I think they rip you off at the PO. For non-paypal, I'm often too lazy to use click-n-ship and write out mailing label and go to the PO, like this morning for instance. I weighed the package before leaving at 3oz on my scale. At the PO, they weighed it as 5oz. The difference in cost was about $0.40, which can add up if you're mailing a lot. I bet the PO is told to round everything up to 5oz increments, because I see this at any branch I use.
You can also just drop the single bubble mailer in a regular mail box, although I prefer to use the drop box at my main branch. Still, no waiting in lines.
Also a lot easier for accounting, as you can track shipping costs for each individual item, and not have to go over a PO receipt and try to figure out which charge goes with which card.
