Are Rotated Reverse Morgans and Peace Dollars considered VAM's?

I saw a rotated 1878-cc auction on ebay and was just curious, are rotated Morgans and Peace Dollars considered VAM's? If not, are there any of these rotated reverse coins that are also VAM's?

Rotated reverses are not themselves VAMs, but certain VAMs can be found with rotated reverses, such as the Top 100 1888-O VAM 9. The 1878-CC is the most "common" date with a rotated reverse. Almost any degree of rotation can be found.
