79 OPC Gretzky (fake) slabbed by Rare Gem Mint 10

This is a shame. I saw this card once before and it sold for $600.
$600 for a fake. This is probably the same card assuming that they're not
slabbing more fakes. The holder and flip are identical to Gem Grading.
Probably a spin off of the crappy company.

I don't know much at all about hockey cards and I was wondering how you know that this is a fake. Thanks in advance for an explanation.

OPC version "must" have a yellow dot on Gretzky's left shoulder.
There is no way around it.....they all have the dot. The Topps version doesn't
have the dot.
