Best dealers/auction houses to consign with?

I will be selling about $80K worth of top end certified coins some Pop 1/0's, and many coins (200 or so - My registry sets) in the $300-$2500 range, plus I have hundreds of rolls (lincolns an Jeffs from the (30-'s to 50's). What dealers and what auction houses give the best consignment deals? What has been your experience?- If you don't want to post in public PM me. I am thinking heritage would be the best auction house.. thoughts?

Thanks

Brian

David Lawrence looks to be pretty good. They have pretty good deals as far as re-posting items that do not sell the first time.

Teletrade has the lowest buyer premium and is pretty easy to work with.

Heritage seems to have the largest exposure for high end coins.

    Hope this helps.

I have no doubt that for significant coins Heritage is the best.

  • Your coins are pq and everyone on the message board knows that so I bet they would sell quickly here and on ebay. I'll be the first to say I want some of them!
  • WOW!
Be sure to keep us posted. I have my eye on a few coins in the collection. May I be the second one to
say that I want some of them too.

  • Wow it would be sad to see you leave. I love to look at your collections especially your 1968 mint set.

What the others have said I agree with absolutely. Personally I typically buy most of my coins from ebay, Teletrade, and Heritage.

I also agree with LincolnsRule and RegistyNut in I would like to buy some of them if you truly decided to sell.

I hope the 68-D is in your will to me... make sure you let me know where these are going to be. I might have some more to add to the sale.
