They only charge 1.9% & seem to be pretty much identical to PayPal in many ways.

I've used them extensively, although it was for transferring funds into, and out of online casinos during a bonus hunting stint. Never had a problem. I just don't think they are as widely known or accepted outside of those enviornments.

Where do you see the 1.9% fee? I searched their website and I couldn't even find a page detailing their fee structure, which is troubling to start with. The only clue they gave was screenshots of transaction logs, and those seem to imply a fee of 2.7% per transaction.
