Here is my latest list of VAMs for sale. There is a large variety here, including Top 100, Top 50, Hot 50, Elite Clashed, and other VAMs. If you see something you like, please PM me. Top 100, Hot 50, Elite Clashed, and Top 50 Morgan and Peace Dollar VAMs.
1) 1887-P VAM 12A (Gator Eye), Top 100 and part of the Elite Clashed Dies. The coin grades VF35/XF40. Very nice original coin. Priced at $20.00.
2) 1900-P VAM 11, doubled reverse, Top 100 coin. Nice coin grading AU50/3. Priced at $20.00.
3) 1921-P VAM 1A (Pitted reverse and heavy die polish). Top 100 coin. Nice, original coin grading XF45 to AU50. Priced at $15.00.
4) 1921-P VAM 1E (Pitted wreathe bow). A Hot 50 coin. Very nice, original coin. MS60, but a little dirty tone, so we’ll call it AU58. Priced at $20.00.
5) 1921-P VAM 1E (Pitted wreathe bow). A Hot 50 coin. Very nice, original coin. AU55 or so. Priced at $20.00.
6) 1921-P VAM 3G (Pitted UN and LL). A Hot 50 coin. Nice coin, MS61. Priced at $25.00.
7) 1922-P VAM 1A (Line in Tiara). A Top 50 coin that grades AU55. Priced at $15.00.
8) 1922-P VAM 1A (Line in Tiara). A Top 50 coin that grades MS62. Priced at $20.00.
9) 1922-P VAM 2E. An EDS of a Top 50 coin. This coin sports the diagnostic die crack and die gouge on the obverse, but this is an early die state, which does not have the die break on the wing. Circulated example grading Fine and a rim bump over R of LIBERTY. Neat coin for collections showing the progression of this variety. Priced at $13.00.
10) 1922-P VAM 2F (Hairpin). A VF35 example of a Top 50 variety. Nice coin priced at $15.00.
11) 1922-P VAM 7 (doubled wing). A Top 50 coin grading VF30. Priced at $12.00.
12) 1922-P VAM 7 (doubled wing). A Top 50 coin grading AU55. Priced at $15.00.
13) 1922-P VAM 7 (doubled wing). A Top 50 coin grading AU55. Priced at $15.00.
14) 1923-P VAM 1F (Chin Bar). A Top 50 coin grading XF45. Priced at $15.00.
15) 1923-P VAM 3 (doubled reverse). A Top 50 coin grading AU53. Priced at $15.00.
16) 1925-P VAM 1A (Line in Tiara). A Top 50 coin grading AU58. Priced at $25.00.
17) 1926-S VAM 4 (Dot on reverse). A Top 50 coin grading VF20+/-. Priced at $13.00.
Other Morgan Dollar VAMs.
1) 1921-P VAM 3Z (Die Break Third Left Star [nice later die state with more of a break then coin 2 listed below]). R-5 rarity. Grade is AU58, but the reverse has several long scratches on it. The scratches are very old because they have since toned over. You could tell it was done long ago. They are hidden by the tone, but they are there. This coin is priced at $20.00 because of the problem.
2) 1921-P VAM 3Z (Die Break Third Left Star). R-5 rarity. Very nice, original AU53/5 coin. This coin is priced at $35.00.
3) 1921-P VAM 3’O’ (Polished Reverse and Two Dots). R-6 rarity. Grades at AU55 or so. Priced at $20.00. Nice, rare coin.
4) 1921-P VAM 3A3 (Spiked Tail Feathers-Third Die State). R-6 rarity. AU53 grade and priced at $20.00. Very nice scarce coin.
5) 1921-P VAM 1AB (I am pretty sure). Three die gouges on the reverse located and starting from the rim above F of OF straight down through the wing and ending below the first A of AMERICA. I think the rarity was listed at R-5. Someone can correct me if I am incorrect, please. Nice, original uncirculated coin. Grade is about MS62. Priced at $25.00.
6) 1921-P VAM 32A (Capped A die break). Very nice and sexy and prolific die break over the last A of AMERICA. Nice, original coin grading VF30 or so. Rarity is R-6. Priced at $20.00.
7) 1921-P VAM 1G (Over polished reverse). R-6 rarity. Original unc coin grading MS63. Neat variety for $25.00.
8) 1921-D JOH-12 (Filled Dies—In God We __ust). Very neat coin with the reverse die was filled with grease causing the Tr of Trust to be filled in. The coin is as pictured in Rob Joyce’s book. Very desirable. I have not seen one trade hands before. Coin grades MS62 and is priced at $125.00. SOLD!!--Thank you!
Other Peace Dollar VAMs.
1) 1922-S VAM 2B (Whisker Chin). Nice, original VF30/35 coin. Neat R-6 rarity variety priced at $15.00.
2) 1923-D VAM 1K (die break above 1 of the date). Nice coin grading XF. R-6 rarity. Priced at $15.00.
3) 1923-D VAM 1Z (die break below O of ONE). Neat R-6 rarity coin. Priced at $15.00 and grading about VF20.
4) 1923-S VAM 1M (double clashed spikes). Neat R-5 coin grading XF45. Priced at $15.00.
5) 1924-P VAM ??. On the left side of T in LIBERTY, there are some pitting spots. Can be seen without a loupe. Could not find it listed on the updates. May be a new variety. Anyway, coin is unc MS63. Priced at $30.00, just a small premium over greysheet ask.
