Can a circulated proof be CAM or DCAM?

Did you ever see a PR50 DCAM, for instance?

I've never seen one, but I suppose it's possible. Kind of a longshot, though. I mean, by the time you have enough rub on a coin to remove enough metal to make it PR50 (or even PR58), the frost that made it a Cameo is probably long gone.

Not likely, Once I pulled a 1988-S Proof 25c from circulation and sent it to NGC just for Kicks, It came back a Proof-62, NO cam or dcam!
