ebay - paying immediately after auction not working

I haven't bought much off of ebay recently, but for the past 1 or 2 months I've noticed that after I've won an auction, I cannot pay immediately like I usually would do. Clicking on the "pay now" link always gives me a "page cannot be displayed" error. Everyone else getting this as well?

I had a problem using paypal last week. I tried to pay for an item twice and I would get to the last step and it would actually say that the payment was sent, but I couldn't view the receipt and the money was not removed from my account. I spent an hour on the phone with paypal and got no where. I felt like I was speaking with someone who was using a computer for the first time. Complete idiot. And the supervisor was just as bad. I was so frustrated! Finally, I was able to get it to go thru on my own and told them goodbye. The service was terrible. I was worried that multiple payments for the same item would go thru at once and my bank account would be empty and than some, but luckily it didn't happen.

Occasionally I get that, but I either hit refresh on my browser or go back and click on the Pay Now button again (after refreshing that page), and it seems to always work.
