Registry Pops for Signed slabs

I mentioned this in the Donna Pope Thread, but people may not have seen it.
It appears that populations for signed slabs are independant of the equivilant grade of standard slab, although both are acccepted into the registry.
This does make sense to me, but I am only pointing it out for people to be aware of when they are trying to dertermine rarity for pricing purposes.
For example
76 is the Donna Pope PR70DC Washington Half population.
32 is the population for the regular PR70DC 1982 Washington.
Besides Donna Pope Half,
The Jessica lynch WIM,
and Buffalo
what other slabs are signed ( Was Lance the Cycling or a ASE?)
And Proof or MS or Both?

They have different coin numbers than regular PCGS holdered coins.
That is why they are sometimes dificult to enter in the PCGS Set Registry & have their own population.
I don't know why PCGS did that.
Seems stupid to me to split the population according to signed & plain slabs.

The first George Bush has signed the White House Commemorative dollar.
Don Troiani has signed the Civil War Commemorative dollar.
Gerald Ford has signed something.
All of the bicentennial coins have been signed by several different people.
I am sure there are more...
Are they worth anything?
