Which dealers make up the Grey Sheet?

I use it often when buying my series. I beleive they have a group of dealers who bid and asks and that is how they come up with prices.

Any dealers in this forum that are part of it?

Does anyone know which dealers contribute to it?

Or, is there other resources they are using to get bid and asks? Any inside ing. would be appreciated, Thanks.

The Greysheet is compiled by a company in Torrance, CA. Dealers do not directly imput information on to the published sheets.

They pull prices from a variety of sources. Since they're dealer to dealer prices, a lot of the information comes from the dealer to dealer networks (CCE, Coinnet, Eureka). However, they also use auction prices, dealer price lists (such as Heritage's wholesale list), etc. They also periodically call "market makers" to verify the validity of the bids/asks.

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

It's deliberately kept low, so dealers can ripoff collectorsimage

Marty and I were discussing this on the way back from the Dearborn MI show. The problem, like many have already said, is the info gathering.

When buying don't dealer use the Blue Sheet? It's lower than the ASK/BID on the gray sheet used for dealers.

My favorite story regarding the Grey Sheet is when bid on a certain coin I'd just bought in auction dropped by $100k [40%] the month after I'd bought it. imageimage

[I had the last laugh - just sold it for a $70k profit] image
