It's not a "lock" 65, its not a "sure bet" upgrade canidate. It's not top .0000001 percent for the grade. It's not a coin that "the grading services were just being to tight that day."
It is however a white, very lustrous, clean, denver minted Peace Dollar. Most know me on here as being tough on peace dollars, and I am. It's a clean, white, shiny MS64. All there is to it.
