Can you get your own name pedigreed on PCGS holders?

I think I read a while back about someone getting their names put on all the holders. It was like their own pedigree for their coins. Does PCGS do this?

    I had a chance to do it back a few years ago when I had a slot in the top five of one of the gold Registry sets. I think your set had to be complete and in the top five or something like that.

    I was selling the set so I decided not to do it. The set got bumped down several notches after that.
