That's what I don't like about PCGS. They don't intend to do it with good dealers in Europe either,they have S.Fenton in London, a guy in Zurich who charges practically twice as much and that's about it, let alone a satellite European office that would have handled submissions and Custom problems. They have no idea how many customers they are losing like that. Good move Josh!
