This ebay scammer needs to learn better photshop skills

Check out the cert number in this auction, a quick check of the cert number is (of course) invalid, 31092904 is the real cert. I got a good laugh out of this, and have contacted ebay to hopefully get this removed.

    they ought to beat him just for wasting two pages on Lou Gehrig's accomplishments.

    nothing against Gehrig of course, he is a legend/icon. but it's like we are morons and have never heard of Gehrig so he had to let us know of his life.

    ...scroll to the bottom of the auction and look at the serial number.

    The black print is much more "pronounced" on the second number in the serial number. I think he photoshopped a "4" in place of the "1".

    Ha-thats the first thing I thought of when I saw that too. As if you were just going to plop down a couple of grand for a piece of cardboard with some guy on there you have never heard of.

    guy sez he is selling them as a reprint cuz they are not graded and folks are bidding 100.00's of dollars in some perverse hope of getting over?

    Does any law enforcement agency go after these scammers? Finding the scan from where it was stolen seems pretty much slam-dunk proof that he/she tried to defraud someone out of several thousand dollars. Having ebay kick them off (which has not been done yet) is not enough. These lowlifes should be prosecuted!

    If people are faking PSA flips, why isn't PSA doing anything about it? If someone was doing something to tarnish my company's image in anyway, you can be damn sure I'm going after the perpetrators. If they had any marketing savvy at all, they would be partnering with eBay to come up with solutions.
