Are some of the circulated Top 100 and Hot 50 VAMs underpriced?

The current prices in relation to certified populations for a lot of the Top 100 and Hot 50 VAMs seem underpriced to me. When there are populations of less than 200 of some of these VAMs it seem to me they should be selling for much more....or is the number of people collecting VAMs just too small to support higher prices? Any opinions?

No question about it, but buckle up your seatbelts because I expect many prices to escalate significantly from now on.
