Can anyone give me an idea...

on what a 1990 Pro Set Emmitt Smith r.o.y. card # 800 should sell for in PSA 10 or BGS 9.5 form. The reason I ask is, I have an opportunity to buy one (bgs 9.5) but the price is appr. $100.00. The pop report says there is only 8 in PSA 10 form out of 52 submitted. I am just trying to justify me buying it.
